Alabama automakers resuming production

Action resumed at two Alabama auto plants today, as manufacturers begin the climb back from more than a month of inaction in the face of the coronavirus pandemic.

Mercedes-Benz resumed production in Tuscaloosa Monday, while Hyundai is taking this week to prepare for next week’s planned restart.
