The Economic Development Partnership of Alabama (EDPA) is a private, nonprofit organization committed to driving sustainable growth, prosperity, and opportunity across Alabama. In close collaboration with state and local partners, EDPA supports business recruitment, innovation, workforce development, and data-driven economic strategies that position Alabama for long-term success.

Lead Generation

ALEX (The Alabama Experience) is a dynamic, digital platform showcasing the state’s career, education, and lifestyle assets. It can be customized to meet workforce needs for industries and communities alike.

FuelAL builds connections between college students, communities, and employers to retain graduates and knowledge-based talent within the state.

These programs strengthen the talent pipeline by blending storytelling, research, and strategic engagement with key stakeholders.
